Customer Database – Data Hygiene Project

We are performing an update of our customer database to make sure we have the correct contact information for key roles within our customers’ organizations. This effort will help with future communication efforts by our team aimed at keeping our customers up to date on TRUCE and our product platform.

We are looking to update our records for the following roles/functions within your organization. 

  • Global Admin – the main person responsible for the day-to-day operation of the platform
  • Regional/Division Admin – someone who administers the program for a specific region or division
  • Business Sponsor – the person who introduced and championed TRUCE for the organization; the person responsible for making business decisions about the program; ideally the person who signed the contract
  • Technical – Apple/iOS– the person we work with to coordinate enrollment in Apple’s software development programs that will allow us to do a mass deployment of the TRUCE app across Apple devices
  • Technical – Android– same as above if different than for Apple/iOS
  • Technical – MDM – the person who manages the customer’s MDM platform and who we work with for mass deployment across the company using their MDM to push the app out to the devices
  • Billing Contact – the person responsible for processing TRUCE invoices and ensuring payment; who our A/R person would interact with

We also want to know who the key contacts are that should receive product updates from our team.
