Hands-free calls, when a device has a signal and is connected to Bluetooth, are always available if allowed by your corporate policy. Make sure your hands-free device (usually a headset or the vehicle audio system) is connected to your device before you start driving. Then, simply press the answer button on that hands-free device, vehicle dashboard, or Bluetooth headset.
