What if I have an emergency?

TRUCE always allows emergency calls, even when you’re in an active managed session and regular calling is being managed. The TRUCE App provides a persistent emergency button at the bottom of the managed screen. Pressing this button opens a menu giving you immediate access to emergency services. While configured by default to 911, this emergency button can be modified via Policy to call dispatch, safety, or other company-approved sources. You can check with your supervisor to see how this is configured for your company.
