If your company policy does not allow phone calls, any calls received while in management will be disconnected. If hands-free calling is allowable, calls will only disconnect if you are not properly connected to a hands-free device, or if you attempt to answer with the mobile device itself and not via the hands-free device. If you have any problems with hands-free calls dropping, you should set your Call Audio Routing preferences on your device to make sure it routes to your hands-free device properly.
